The spring-loaded, direct-acting SV 805A safety valve was specially developed for the safe pressure relief of vapours and gases from critical plant components (containers, pipelines, etc.). The lift-off design enables simple and quick functional testing in accordance with the Industrial Safety Regulation (§15).
Highlights:
- 100% DGRL compliance: meets the highest level of the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU), Category IV, Module B and D
- TÜV-tested precision: preset, individual opening pressure with official TÜV certification
- Maximum robustness: available in either durable stainless steel or brass
- Media-optimised: selection of sealing material perfectly suited to the respective gas type or according to customer requirements
- Easy integration: small size and a selection of different inlet connections enable easy and space-saving installation.
- Quick function test: the version with lift adapter allows easy function testing directly on site. This is ideal for complying with the test intervals specified in the Industrial Safety Regulation (§15), as no time-consuming disassembly is necessary.
