ULTRA 20 – Ultra Performance non-return valve/check valve: compact, quiet, ideal for low-pressure applications

Product information "ULTRA 20 – Ultra Performance non-return valve/check valve: compact, quiet, ideal for low-pressure applications"

WITT non-return valves for reliable protection against dangerous gas backflow in installations and pipework systems. The flow-optimised valve system ensures very low pressure loss with minimal noise emission. Every backflow preventer is 100% tested. The backflow preventers are tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5175-2.

Highlights :

  • Safety element: Gas non-return valve [NV]
  • every gas non-return valve is 100% tested
  • in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5175-2
  • Suitable for use in applications according to EN 746-2
  • offer minimal pressure loss – thanks to a sophisticated valve system with very low opening pressures (approx. 4 mbar)
  • compact and lightweight: 52 x 67.5 mm, 510 g
  • minimal noise emission
  • offer long service life thanks to protection against contamination from the gas supply – via a dirt filter at the inlet made of stainless steel wire mesh (100 μm)
  • the ambient temperature must be between a minimum of -20 °C and a maximum of 70 °C
  • minimal leakage – through the use of a spring-loaded valve system with elastomer seals
  • wide range of applications – suitable for use with many technical gases
  • reduce planning effort through layer-independent installation
